The Clipstone Industrial Unit Trust


The Clipstone Industrial Unit Trust was launched in July 2011. It specialises in South East multi-let industrial estates. As at 30 June 2017 the Unit Trust owned 32 industrial estates.

South East industrials, intelligently sourced, can still provide yields in the order of 7% to 8%. Rental growth is now beginning to feed through, particularly in and around London. As the British economy improves, so does the multi-let industrial sector. Refurbishment, tight management and the improved presentation of industrial estates are Clipstone specialities.

Since inception the net value of the units has increased by 50%.
