Clipstone Industrial REIT plc

Clipstone Industrial REIT plc was launched in 17 December 2014. Its shares are listed on The International Stock Exchange.

The REIT targets London and South East industrial properties that are capable of improvement through asset management. As at 31 December 2023 98.3% of the REIT’s properties were located in the South East of which 40.7% are in the London / M25 region.

The REIT targets South East industrials as there is a supply and demand imbalance in this sector, partly due to the reduction of industrial space as it is converted to higher value uses and a lack of development due to high land and construction costs. This supply and demand imbalance is expected to lead to rental and therefore capital growth.
